What do you love the most about IRC?

The fact that we really do put the candidates and the clients first and that there is an amazing atmosphere in the place.

Michael and myself have had the opportunity to build a culture and environment from the ground up so we’ve had the freedom to be really innovative and enlightened as employers and that’s made it an amazing place to work for the people who are here. We’ve been able to create a place where we would want to work by our own rules and values, its just awesome.

What do you love the most about IRC?

The thing I love most is about IRC is the journeys you go on with clients, candidates and the journey of my own career. The clients we work with really appreciate the professional, engaged and superior service we offer. Similarly I find that we accompany candidates on the journey of finding a new role and then their careers in the longer term.

What do you love most about the IRC environment?

Culturally the IRC environment is a perfect mix of working hard, being recognized for achievements and being rewarded accordingly.

Favourite things:

Sport: 5 a side regularly and Mountain Biking occasionally.

Music: A wide and eclectic mix of music, I am currently listening to every mercury prize nominated album since 1994 and have worked my way to 1999.

Food: Simple Pleasures of a great Steak and some veg cant be topped. It has been known for me to consume a whole chocolate orange in an afternoon though!

Drink: 3 strong coffees in a morning then a few social beers on a Friday.

Books: Mostly auto-biographies. Recently Robert De Niro, David Walliams and Mike Tyson Undisputed.

Guilty Pleasure: Those chocolate oranges!!!!
