The IRC 50 Explained

The IRC 50 draws from a host of different psychological methodologies in order to understand our candidates at the deepest of levels in terms of their needs at any given point in their career. By doing so we can match opportunities more accurately and ensure total satisfaction with the roles that we talk to you about.

The IRC 50 starts with basic “surface level” factual information relating to a candidates career history and then culminates in a detailed examination of the candidates needs.

The IRC 50 is a complex interviewing methodology that can only be used by well trained consultants which is why all our operational consulting staff undergo a minimum one year 4 stage induction process before being allowed to interview at this level.
